RUSSIA / CUBA / VIETNAM : Moscow Denies Reports Putin Seeking New Naval Bases.

          Russia now denies reports that its naval chief has been busy courting Cuba, Vietnam and the Seychelles for possible new naval bases.
         It calls the published quotes 'a fantasy.'

         Since 2008...President Putin has been rebuilding Moscow's navy...and plans to spend serious money on it...$712 billion usd...in just the next decade.

     Russia may lose a naval base outside Russia...in Syria...when the Assad regime is toppled.
     It also has a base in Ukraine.
