Honduran supreme court Justice Oscar Chinchilla dismissed three arrest warrants for ex-President Manuel Zelaya... thus freeing his return to Honduras.
Zelaya was deposed in a June 2009 coup.
Two charges of fraud and falsifying documents to withdraw some $3 million dollars in cash...still remain against Zelaya.
Zelaya doesn't recognize current President Porfirio Lobo.
