      Members carry a code book with pix of knights wearing cloaks with red crosses...and have been known to wear plastic jousting helmets.

      The Knights say they honor the Pope...but behead rivals...and extort businesses.
      Police believe Knights are responsible for 480 narco murders in the past 18 months...and also attacking and destroying 30 of Pepsico's Sabritas delivery trucks.
