Argentina declared 2 days of national mourning after one of the worst train crashes in its history.
A judge will conduct an inquiry into the accident's cause...either a faulty brake or excessive speed...that killed 51...including 3 children...and injured at least 703.
The overcrowded commuter train slammed into barriers in central Buenos Aires' busiest station...Once de Septiembre...during the morning rush hour.
