EU / HUNGARY : EC Takes Orban To Court.

      The executive arm of the EU has begun legal action against Hungary because of central bank 'reforms'.
     PM Viktor Orban has 30 days to respond to charges that his government is infringing on democratic principles and on the independence of the c.bank...warned Commission President Barroso (foto).
    The commission can only fine Hungary...and take it to the Court Of Justice.
