Officials formally re-arrested opposition leader and former PM Yulia Tymoshenko, 51, on a new criminal charge...even as she languishes in a Kyiv/Kiev jail.
"According to this order, Yulia Tymoshenko is to be detained for ever, for life," claimed her lawyer.
The new charges involve alleged tax evasion and theft of government funds between 1996 and 2000 when she headed a gas company...Unified Energy Systems.
The opposition walked out of parliament in protest over the president's 'lawlessness'.
