CUBA: 3 Days Of Mourning Declared For N. Korea's Kim Jong Il.

     Cuban state TV announced 3 days of mourning for the death of North Korean tyrant Kim Jong Il...a man who allowed some 2 million of his own citizens to starve to death...while he sipped imported brandies.
     Starting Tuesday...flags will be flown at half staff at public buildings and military bases to honor him.
