French judges ruled that former dictator Manuel Noriega, 77, can be extradited to Panama for crimes committed there in the 1980s.
Noriega served more than 20 years in a USA jail before a 2010 extradition and conviction to France for money laundering.
His lawyer believes Noriega may be home for Christmas...and may not be imprisoned because of alleged poor health.
