VENEZUELA : Body Of Chavez Foe, Ex-Prez Andres Perez Returns To Caracas.

     Former President Carlos Andres Perez reportedly vowed never to return to Caracas...as long as Hugo Chavez was in charge.
     Chavez still runs Venezuela...despite recent serious cancer treatments.
     But...9 months after his death at 88...Andres Perez's body is being repatriated from Miami ...after an ugly family feud about where he would be buried...was finally settled.
