The popular and long running (500 episodes in 23 years) USA TV cartoon 'The Simpson's' featured a Kiev mafioso character called Victor...on its 25 Sept program.
Many noticed the similarities between Victor and President Viktor Yanukovych...including the character's treatment of his wife...who is sent “back to her room” (the First Lady leads a reclusive lifestyle away from Kiev) and Beyoncé's planned concert in Ukraine (the singer performed in Donetsk in 2009).
The show has gone viral there on FACEBOOK and TWITTER.
