Ukraine has reportedly been killing countless stray dogs in rural areas with poisonings and even a mobile incinerator...and countless other inhumane methods...to clean-up its landscape for the 2012 Euro Football Cup.
"It's capture and kill,' claims one British animal lover. "It's just barbaric."
An online petition has been signed by almost 200,000 people protesting what they call widespread animal cruelty.
