MEXICO / GUATEMALA : Storm Kills 13 In Guatemala; Hurricane Jova Weakens But Kills At Least 5 In Mexico.

    A tropical depression that hovered near Chiapas and Guatemala...caused flash flooding and mudslides... killing at least 13 in Guatemala...and 6 more in Central America.
   Meanwhile, the much diminished Cat 3 hurricane Jova killed at least 5 in Mexico...as it came ashore near Manzanillo, a major port.
