COLOMBIA: Santos Sends 1,200 More Troops To Arauca...After Deadly FARC Ambush.

                                         C.REPORTS

      President Juan Manuel Santos will bulk-up security forces in NE Arauca province...with 1,200 troops...after the FARC's recent ambush killing of 10 soldiers there and the kidnapping of a mayor's young daughter.
     The remote Arauca province borders Venezuela and is a hideout for rebels.
