COLOMBIA : 22 Injured In 3 Cities During Education Protests.

                                          C.REPORTS

      At least 22 were injured...including 2 Cali police...as hundreds of students clashed with officers in Cali, Neiva and Monteria...protesting against education reform (Law 30).
      The law would allow private organizations to fund university activities.
