President Hugo Chavez has chosen to undergo his third round of chemo treatments to fight his still undisclosed cancer...not in Cuba but in Caracas...at the Carlos Arvelo Military Hospital.
"I'm determined to continue living," Chavez declared. "It's not time to die. What we have to do still is a great deal."
Chavez said that he may disappear from view but will remain in contact by phone and Twitter.
