LATIN AMERICA: UN Predicts 4.7% Growth For Region in 2011...Led By Panama.

   ECLAC, the UN's regional economic group projects 2011 growth at 4.7% for Latin America and the Caribbean.
   It claims Panama will be fastest-growing economy...at 8.5%.
   It sees Argentina with 8.3%...and Peru with 7.1% growth.
   ECLAC forecasts the region's 2 giants...Brasil and Mexico...at a less torrid but respectable...4% GDP spurt.
