COLOMBIA: Russian Businessman Murdered In Bogota.

                  C.REPORTS
   A 36-year-old Russian died...shot twice in the chest in south Bogota...after hailing a cab. 
   Police believe he may have been a victim of an "express kidnapping".
   The Russian was reportedly in Bogota for business meetings.
