CHILE: Santiago Subway Shooting Shocks Nation; 3 Dead, 6 Wounded.

    A Sunday evening subway shooting in Santiago...that left 3 dead and 6 wounded, some seriously...is shocking Chile.
    A depressed former Police Dept. employee pulled out a gun and began shooting randomly... on the last car of a metro train arriving at the suburban Maipu station...before killing himself.
