BRASIL: 19 July UPDATE: Armed Men Rob Rio's Deluxe Santa Teresa Hotel.

   Police report that 4 armed robbers invaded central Rio's luxe Santa Teresa hotel in the early morning...and robbed 15 guests of money and phones.
   The least expensive room at the boutique hotel open since 2008...is $380 per night.
