MEXICO: Marines Rescue 66 Captives From Unlicensed Veracruz Drug Rehab.

Marines rescued 66 captives at an unlicensed drug rehab center in Veracruz...arresting 8.

After a tip, the marines searched the Solo por Hoy Vivire rehab in Boca del Rio...and found 20 women packed in one tiny room...and 46 men locked in a cell.
