GUATEMALA: Ex-General Lopez Fuentes Arrested For 80's Mayan Genocide.

Retired general Hector Mario Lopez Fuentes, 81, has been arrested in Guat City...accused of genocide and crimes against humanity during the miltary regime of Efrain Rios Montt.

The office of public prosecutions charges that Lopez Fuentes was the brains behind the killings of more than 300 Mayans in the Ixil region in 1982 and 1983.
