The 2 heirs to the opposition Clarin media group will not appeal...and instead follow a court ruling and submit new DNA samples.
Marcela and Felipe Noble Herrera were adopted by the Clarin Group's owner...fierce opponents of President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
The tests could reveal if they were born to detainees killed by the military in the 1970s.
They claim the tests violate their privacy and have backed their adoptive mother who has opposed them for a decade.
