U.S. Rep.Michael McCaul, a 3-term multi-millionaire Republican from Austin (pictured with family and N.Pelosi) has introduced legislation to designate six Mexican narco groups as "foreign terrorist organizations."
It would give prosecutors the right to add up to 15 years of prison time for EACH conviction of providing "material support or resources" to the six cartels — and a FEDERAL DEATH sentence... if deaths resulted from their actions.
"Mexican drug cartels are terrorist organizations and this designation will provide the necessary tools to effectively advance the national security interests of both Mexico and the United States," said McCaul.
