Thirty seven freed Cuban political prisoners and 200 family members arrived in Madrid.
The El Pais newspaper says there are now 115 ex-prisoners in exile in Spain.
That also includes more than 50 people freed outside the terms of a Roman Catholic Church negotiated deal.
In addition, here are also some 650 family members.
But more than 30 dissidents are still in Cuban jails.
