CHILE: Tourist Bus Accident Kills 14, Injures 20 In Chillan.

   Another day...another deadly Latin American bus accident!
   At least 14 are dead and 20 injured... after a tourist microbus traveling from Concepcion to Santiago...flipped over near Chillan.
   Officials say two young boys were among the dead...and six of the injured are in “very serious” condition.
