POLAND/ RUSSIA : Russian Pilot's Chimpanzee Remark About Smolensk Tragedy Re-ignites Blame Controversy.

   A thoughtless remark by veteran Russian pilot Oleg Smirnov has re-ignited the controversy and outrage over the Smolensk plane crash that killed Poland's president and 95 others last April.
    Smirnov claimed even the presence of a chimpanzee in the control tower the day the plane crashed couldn't relieve Poles of responsibility for the fatal accident.
