COLOMBIA: Drug Sub Captured; Truckers Block Bogota's Roads Over Rate Dispute.

   The army confiscated a 100-foot fiberglass submarine capable of hauling eight tons of cocaine with a crew of 4-6...from Timbiqui's jungle.
 The sub has two diesel engines and equipment to cruise fully submerged up to 30 feet below the surface of the Pacific Ocean to Mexico's coast.
  Officials estimate it had taken six to eight months to build  at a cost of about $2 million.

AND:    Truckers have been blocking Bogota's important roads since Monday afternoon to pressure the government over minimum freight rates.
    A national strike was called by the Colombian Truckers Association (ACC) almost two weeks ago when the government ended minimum freight rates.
