BELARUS: Young Dissident Gets 4 Years For Protesting Election.

   Dissident Vasily Parfenkov, 28, was convicted of breaking a parliament window during  last December's protest against the re-election of President Alexander Lukashenko ...and will be jailed for four years.
   Five ex-candidates are among 42 people charged with inciting mass disorder and awaiting trial.
