AP/An ugly dispute is dragging on between relatives of former Venezuelan President Carlos Andres Perez over his burial.
Perez, 88, died after a heart attack in Miami on 25 December.
"This is in the hands of our lawyers now," said Perez's daughter Maria Francia Perez Matos.
Both sides had seemingly agreed to send his body from Miami to Venezuela but was canceled after Perez's longtime companion and daughters said that they had never agreed to transfer his remains.
