AP/ Alejandro Pena Esclusa, the jailed leader of the Fuerza Solidaria group opposed to President Hugo Chavez, has been charged with hiding detonators and C-4 explosives in his apartment. He was first arrested on July 12. Pena has responded in writing that "the accusations against me are a farce.
