MEXICO: 10 % Of Federal Police Force... Fired For Corruption.
BBC/ Commissioner Facundo Rosas, Mexico's head of organized crime, revealed that more than 4,500 federal police have been sacked since May for failing to do their job properly or having links to corruption or organised crime. Rosas went on to say that it was only the first stage and that more than 1,000 others faced disciplinary proceedings and may also be sacked.
