CUBA: Fidel Castro Addresses Parliament For 1st Time In 4 Years.
BBC/ Strongman Fidel Castro delivered a polished but short 10-minute speech urging the U.S. not to war with Iran before Cuba's parliament for the first time since 2006. Castro, celebrating either his 84th or 85th birthday next week, was dressed in his familiar olive-green fatigues but without his commandante insignias.
