MEXICO: Slain Politico's Brother Runs For Governor.
BBC/ Egidio Torres, the older brother of recently assassinated gubernatorial candidate Rodolfo Torre Cantu, will stand-in for him as the PRI candidate in Sunday's election in Tamaulipas. He said that "despite the profound pain"..."I am inspired by the memory of my brother. I ask you to go out and vote."
