CREPORTS/ A shooting early Friday in the Guanteros disco in the Medellin suburb of Envigado, left 8 dead including one American and 10 wounded after two armed men opened fire indiscriminately in the crowded club. Police speculate that the shooting is part of a turf war between local narco kingpins "Valenciano" and "Sebastian." Medellin recently has again turned violent. In the first three months, 503 deaths linked to the war among drug-trafficking gangs were reported, 54.8% more than in 2009.
