MEXICO: Two Deaths Heat-up U.S. Border Patrol Controversies.

AP/ MIAMI HERALD / The deaths of two Mexicans in two separate skirmishes with the U.S. Border Patrol are heating-up emotions in Mexico.
The most recent incident was the shooting death of a young teen on a dry river bed border between El Paso and Cuidad Juarez. A shaky, grainy cell video found by Univision shows the shooting - perhaps disputing U.S.claims of self-defense by an agent from Mexican rock throwers. Mexico has condemned the shooting through diplomatic correspondence and a phone call to the Homeland Security secretary. Some Mexican politicians called for the agent's extradition to face justice.
