CHILE/ARGENTINA: Ambassador Resigns After Uproar Over Pinochet Remarks.
AP/ GOOGLE/ Chile's ambassador to Argentina, Miguel Otero, 79, resigned after making favorable comments about the military rule of Gen. Augusto Pinochet. Otera's recent appointment was seen as a token gift by new President Sebastian Pinera to hardliners in the coalition that returned conservatives to power after 20 years.
