GLOBALPOST/ Control of Poland's TV and radio didn't matter until an April 10 plane crash killed President Lech Kaczynski and forced a new presidential vote on 20 June. The major public television channel is run by the Law and Justice party as a propaganda tool for Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the dead president’s twin brother and now a presidential candidate. Its popular talk shows back Kaczynski and a recent documentary had people blaming the Russians for the crash.
