MEXICO: Twitter Pix Appear To Be Missing PAN Politician.

AP/ MIAMI HERALD/       Photos of a blindfolded man appearing on Twitter seem to be former PAN presidential candidate Diego Fernandez de Cevallos, 69, missing since last weekend. Experts believe the man appears to be alive.
