VENEZUELA: Chavez Backs Graffitti And Street Art To Promote Ideology.
NYTIMES/ Venezuela's government is expanding the use of street art to promote ideology by financing graffiti artists and muralists to cover Caracas' walls with politicized images. Not surprizingly, demonizing the U.S. is a popular subject.
