UKRAINE: New Prime Minister Is Old Yanukovych Ally.
BLOOMBERG/ New President Viktor Yanukovych named former ally, Mykola Azarov, to seek a new majority in parliament to pass this year’s budget and unfreeze a $16.4 billion rescue loan. Mykola Azarov was former deputy prime minister and finance minister under Yanukovych’s premiership earlier this decade. A new law easing the formation of coalitions had resulted in a 235-seat majority sympathetic to Yanukovych.
