DAILY TELEGRAPH/ UK/ The traffic chief in the village of Pecica ,near the Hungarian border, was worried about the "despairing" levels of accidents involving drunken pedestrians so he erected 10 red signs with the phrase “Attention - Drunks”. The signs showing a person on their knees clutching a glass in one hand. They are placed in areas close to the city's bars and restaurants.
