ECUADOR: Correa Asks Cabinet Resignations For Possible Reshuffling.
REUTERS/ President Rafael Correa, who took office in 2007, asked his entire cabinet to submit resignations after slow progress on agrarian reform and renegotiations of foreign oil contracts.
