ARGENTINA: An Oscar For "Secret In Their Eyes."
MERCO PRESS/ The political thriller “The Secret in Their Eyes” won the Academy Award for best foreign language film. It was Argentina's first Oscar since “The Official Story” in 1985. The movie is based on a novel “The questions in their eyes” about a criminal court staffer who recounts a fictional account of an unsolved killing he witnessed in 1974.
