REUTERS/ Two Mexicans from Juarez and almost one ton of cocaine were seized by police near San Jose. Costa Rican police have confiscated 93 tons of cocaine between 2006 and 2009 -- nearly twice the amount from the preceding decade as its popularity as a drug shipment point grows.
