COLOMBIA REPORTS UPDATE: AM, 10 FEB. / A ceasefire since February 1st among Medellin's gangs has reduced the city's homicide rate. So far 7 murders have been reported, down from 231 in January. Gangs led by Maximiliano Bonilla, aka "Sebastian," and Erick Vargas, aka "Valenciano," have been battling to fill a power vacuum left by the extradition of paramilitary leader "Don Berna" to the U.S.
