ROMANIA: Presidential Loser Claims Negative Energy Attack.

Former Foreign Minister Mircea Geoana, who lost the Dec. 6 presidential runoff to Traian Basescu, claims he and his wife were attacked with violet negative energy by  Basecu's aides during a crucial debate that kept him from concentrating.
