ARGENTINA: Ranks Third In World Inflation Figures.

Independent consultants estimate that Argentina had the world's third highest inflation rate...between 15-18%...in 2009 behind the Democratic Republic of Congo (31.2%) and Venezuela (28%), while President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner insists that inflation last year was below 8%.
