Singer Carlos Varela is called Cuba’s Bob Dylan. Now you can also call him a lobbyist. Varela was recently in D.C. to visit lawmakers and possibly reshape relations between the U.S. and Cuba before going to Hollywood to work on an album with Jackson Browne.
