POLAND: Quarterly Growth Beats Estimates.

Poland's GDP grew 1.7% in the third quarter, compared with 1.1 percent in the second quarter. The median estimate of 21 economists in a Bloomberg survey was for 1.5 percent growth. “Poland is clearly in recovery mode,” said Radoslaw Bodys, an economist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. “Poland is a closed economy which makes it more reliant on domestic demand..."
