While Europe's Economy Heals, Bosnia Seethes.

In a Foreign Affairs article,“The Death of Dayton,” Patrice McMahon and Jon Western write that in Bosnia, because of ethnic divisions, widespread corruption and political deadlock, “the country now stands on the brink of collapse” and “unless checked, the current trends toward fragmentation will almost certainly lead to a resumption of violence.”
And,there are fewer than 2,000 peacekeeping troops there to prevent outbreaks.
